Mind & Metabolism's office is in Lakewood, serving adults in Lakewood, Tacoma, University Place, Steilacoom, DuPont, the JBLM area, and the rest of Pierce County. In-person appointments are limited and offered when available. Most visits happen by secure video, which many local patients find easier anyway.

We treat depression, anxiety and panic, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, schizophrenia, and behavioral symptoms of dementia and cognitive decline.
In person or telehealth?
Both work for evaluations and medication management. If you'd prefer to be seen in person, mention it on your intake form and we'll let you know what's available. If you live farther away, telehealth works anywhere in Washington.
